Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If within 30 days from the date of purchase you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, first contact us to obtain return authorization, then, send the item back in original condition, postage pre-paid for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges paid on the original order.

It is important to know that any fees, import tax or customs/broker handling charges incurred by us for returned products will be deducted from the original product purchase price.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, un-used, with accessories intact. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Products to be returned should be packed carefully and shipped in appropriate protective packaging. Subsequently, we will provide a refund or exchange after receiving the item.

Order Processing & Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days from date of receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation detailing items ordered, and ship to address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipment notification email.
On-line ordering is safe and payments are processed directly by PayPal (an Ebay company), from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal accounts. For further information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.
NoPlastic.ca does not receive your credit card information. 

For placing orders, which are destined for the U.S.A., please use the USD. $ add to cart buttons. For order shipping within Canada, please us the CAD $ add to cart buttons.

U.S. customers do not pay any taxes. Canadian customers need to pay taxes on the item cost and the S&H as follows:

• Ontario customers pay 5% GST and 8% PST
• All other Canadian customers pay 5% GST

Shipping Charges

Orders shipping to the U.S.A. (Delivery period: 5 to 10 business days - via Canada Post).

Orders shipping to the Canada. (Delivery period: 3 to 7 business days - via Canada Post).

Order amount is the amount prior to the addition of shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Product Description

We take great care to describe our products as accurately and honestly as possible, ensuring satisfaction when ordering. As mistakes can happen, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Packaging

It is our goal to re-use packaging products and use recyclable material to the extent possible. We have established relationships with a few local businesses, who provide us with their used plastic bubble wrap and sometimes boxes. It is better to re-use the plastic bubble wrap (used by others), before sending it to the landfills after just one use.
